MONAT Gratitude is the movement that has grown from the Urdaneta families’ commitment to instilling gratitude as a core company value. Corporate staff team members as well as Market Partner leaders and VIPs are encouraged to get involved by volunteering in their communities and making a difference!

3. What organizations does MONAT Gratitude support?
We partner with innovative nonprofit organizations in our local communities that support efforts under our 3 Pillars: Families, Children, and Education. Examples include the Salvation Army, Lotus Village Women’s Homeless Shelters, Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warriors, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Feeding South Florida, and Children’s Home Society of Florida.
4. Does MONAT Gratitude give donations?
MONAT Gratitude makes strategic donations throughout the year and is always interested in learning how our Market Partner leaders are getting involved in their local communities and how we might be able to support these efforts.
5. Do you sponsor events?
The MONAT Gratitude team evaluates each request for sponsorship support that is made with the support of MONAT Market Partner leaders. Priority is giving to proposals that align with our mission and vision and fall under one of our three pillars: Families, Children, and Education
6. If I am a market Partner, can I ask for money or products to donate?
We always want to hear when Market Partners are active in their local communities and will evaluate each request for support that is received. Priority is giving to organizations and initiatives that align with our mission and vision and fall under the three pillars: Families, Children and Education
7. How do I get involved?
Join the MONAT Gratitude movement! Select a charity of choice, plan a volunteer activity in your community, get your network involved in collecting supplies, host an online fundraiser or fundraising event in your community. The possibilities are endless and there is no such thing as a “small” effort! If you need help with ideas for your Gratitude efforts, please contact us at email@example.com
8. Can I be part of one of the home office activities?

9. What if I want to do something in my community?
We encourage all members of the MONAT family to get involved with your local communities by sharing your time, talent and resources with nonprofit organizations that are in need of support within the three pillars.
